Food as far as good, only the guacamole was inedible, it completely ruined my girlfriend's burger ... Otherwise everything else was delicious, friendly and fast (lunchtime) service.

At lunchtime there is even the burger from the menu as a lunch menu with a homemade lemonade at a discount. The burgers are freshly prepared and always taste delicious. The choice of meat or vegetarian options offers a choice and there is something for everyone. The ambience is very nice and the outdoor area is perfect, especially in warm temperatures. The condition is always very friendly and the waiting times are humane. Well worth a visit for all burger fans and thanks to the perfect location also central.

Suggestion: Reduce the space if the capacity of the kitchen is no longer sufficient. Service friendly but anything but attentive, unfortunately seemed badly organized overall. The prices are okay. Colleagues had the Yuca Frita with very little dip, ketchup or majo at the place you look in vain. If you want to eat delicious burgers, Mannheim has some better alternatives. The place is average, no reason for me to come again. Everything is missing here that makes the difference between just okay and really good.

Ma asks if the guacamole on the burger is spicy and the waiter says no. After more than an hour the food arrives and the burger is spicy. Dan speaks politely to the waitress when paying and asks what is going on and gets the cheeky answer that you could have said something and got a new burger. (wait another hour?) You should know what you are selling and if not at least ask in the kitchen. During the entire waiting time for food and during Nobody even came and asked if everything was ok. 2 burgers, 1 portion of French fries, 2 small drinks € 30 1x never again

Burger patty was cooked to death until black. French fries came 5 minutes after the burger and were still raw in places. The operator was quite listless and all that although there weren't 10 people in the shop. Devinitively not to be recommended !!

Everything delicious, everything good. Prices are fair. We had the chorizo ​​and the salmon burger and once the children's menu. The food was there quickly and tasted great. I always find it a shame when I get a child's chair and it's dirty. I don't think it's a problem to wipe the chair, but I don't think it's my job either.

The prices are ok. The staff is friendly. There are seating outside and inside. The area is fairly quiet and car noise is not a problem. The restaurant is in the middle of the city, so there are no direct parking spaces, but there are enough parking spaces in the area.

Not a good burger place, mediocre food quality but nice atmosphere

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. 10/10. It has options for everybody, from vegans to gluten-free based diets to the old regular meat and all-eaters. The absolute best is the system for creating your own burger, specially for the picky people. The waiters and nice and the food is delicious. The price is also really fair and the portions are big. Students get discount and you don't pay if it's your birthday. The experience is definitely remarkable. 100% RECOMMENDED.

Location and installation are fine but food was not good, at least for us: burger almost burned, nothing special.

We were on Saturday night after the SRH Marathon to visit. Food was delicious and service was friendly. Long waiting times we have not experienced. Order - food - pay, in total about 45 minutes.

I was a bit disappointed. The Anden Burger was dry and not tasting very good. The Chili Con Carne fries were disappointing as well. I won’t go here again, there are much better burger places in Mannheim (e.g. Henriette Burger Bar)

You can create your own burguer, so if you don't like it is kind of your fault xD to me this is a close #2 best hamburguer place in Mannheim behind Henriette. Can easily recommend because it is way cheaper than the #1.

Horrible customer service! I would not come back here again. They screwed up both of our orders. The waitress tried to prove us wrong the whole time and then she ran back to quickly get the paper and noticed she was wrong and was still very rude to us. Also the restaurant was almost empty and it took 30+ minutes to get our „Messed up order“. Shame was expecting more.
